This is the Pearls Thursdays!
The concept is really simple, from 5pm to closing, you can create your own seafood platter by choosing from the many choices of shellfish, raw fish and accompaniments prepared by our Chef for his famous Raw Bar.
In addition, during the Pearls Thursdays, La Champagnerie Montreal’s team offers you a large variety of ceviche, tartare, sashimi and mignonettes to accompany our oysters, sea urchins, crabs, shrimps, clams or scallops. Every week is a surprise because the selection changes according to the market’s arrivals!
Our mixologists do not take any break during the Pearls Thursdays. Each week, they get together to create a brand new Bloody Champagnerie! Our famous cocktails are garnished in an eccentric manner according to the inspiration of our team of experts. Surprising flavours guaranteed!
